What gets deleted:
When you submit a deletion request, the following data associated with your account will be permanently removed:
- Your account profile and login credentials
- Personal information (name, email address, etc.)
- Learning progress and history
- Any content or preferences saved to your account
- Subscription or purchase history (where legally permitted)
Please note: Some data may be retained for a limited period where required by law (e.g., transaction records for tax purposes). Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
How to submit your request:
Send us an Email with which you’ve registered your account . Once submitted, we will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation to your registered email address.
